Sarah Simard joined Chenette, Litigation Boutique inc. in December 2011.  Formerly, Mtre Simard worked for three years with the litigation group at Spiegel Sohmer Inc. where she developed, amongst others, her skills as a litigator.  Since the beginning of her practice, Mtre Simard has been called upon to regularly make representations and plead before the civil courts and administrative tribunals in various regions of Quebec.

Her present practice includes medical liability, disciplinary and professional law as well as contractual and extra-contractual liability of corporations.

Ms. Simard also possesses a thorough knowledge of the communications and the mass media industry, her first passion.  Prior to having completed her law degree, she worked for a number of years as a journalist, bureau chief and researcher, in radio as well as in television for major telecommunications corporations in Quebec.

She is also a mediator in civil, commercial and labour law since September 2010.

Ms. Simard completed her Bachelor of Law degree in 2007 at Université de Montréal and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2008.
